Breaking News: Regatta Manager On-line

Regatta Manager will no longer be publicly available for download and installation

Instead Regatta Manager will be available by Remote Desktop Connection (RDC) to our server, this eliminates any necessity to install to your own PC and means we can centralize updates and support and easily configure your event for you

All you need is an internet connection from wherever you are

The Palm software will work over the RDC connection, and you can print to you local printer from the server

We are currently testing the server and for a while will make the server available free of charge

Overview

Regatta Manager is an advanced scoring and results management system for club racing, regattas and single races.

The objectives of Regatta Manager are the “automated and paperless sailing club” and “reduction of volunteer effort”.

A full rollout of Regatta Manager provides electronic nomination by PC, acquisition of finish times at sea using the optional Palm PC software, hot-synch of results to the database on-shore and comprehensive results printed and available on your web site in minutes.

Multiple PCs running Regatta Manager on the network can view and operate upon the results simultaneously.

Regatta Manager is a “work in progress”, our policy is to be responsive to the requests of users by developing new functionality requested, generally at no charge as the functionality of the product is enhanced by new features.
